Furriq refund policy: when you can get a refund, how to ask for one, and how long it takes. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Our Promise

We want you to be happy with Furriq. If something went wrong with a payment, ask for a refund and we will sort it out. This policy covers paid plans and one-time purchases made on Furriq, no matter which payment provider you used.

When You Can Get A Refund

You can request a refund in these cases:

Unused subscription time. You paid for a subscription and cancelled, or you barely used it. You can get a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
Duplicate or accidental charges. You were charged twice, or a charge you did not intend to make hit your card.
The service did not work. You paid for credits or a plan and the core feature, AI cat breed analysis, failed for reasons on our side, such as repeated technical errors or the service being unavailable.
Other fair reasons. If your situation does not fit the list above, contact us anyway. We review refund requests one by one and try to be fair.

What Is Not Covered

We do not refund when:

Credits were already used for successful analyses.
You changed your mind after using most of your plan or credits.
The request comes more than 30 days after the charge.

How To Ask For A Refund

Send your request through the Contact page or email support@furriq.com. Include:

The email address used on your account.
The date of the charge and the amount.
A short description of what went wrong.

How Long It Takes

We reply to refund requests within 3 to 5 business days. Once a refund is approved, the money goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few extra days to show up.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not automatically refund money you already paid, so if you want money back, send a refund request as described above.

Changes

We may update this Refund Policy as Furriq changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
